If you are using services on behalf of a company, organization, or client, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Eligibility and approval
All accounts require review and approval before they may participate in the ad-supported hosting model. We may request information about your website, content, traffic profile, traffic sources, and intended use before deciding whether to approve, deny, delay, or limit access.
Approval for one website or one product does not guarantee approval for another site, another domain, or a future renewal period.
3. Services and billing
SuperFreebies may offer shared hosting, cPanel-based hosting, VPS products, site setup assistance, and related support. Product descriptions on the website are general summaries and may be updated from time to time.
Where the site describes hosting as free or designed to be free, that means the monthly amount may be reduced by eligible ad-credit value generated by approved advertising placed on the customer website. If that value does not fully cover the hosting fee, the customer is responsible for the remaining balance.
4. Ad-credit model
Participation in the ad-credit model is subject to approval, compliance, traffic quality review, advertiser demand, and technical implementation requirements. Credit amounts are estimates until finally calculated for the applicable billing period.
We may decline to apply credit, reduce credit, pause credit, reverse credit, or deny rollover where traffic quality is poor, traffic sources are suspicious, policy breaches are identified, or advertiser conditions make prior estimates unreliable.
5. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, lawful website content, secure passwords, current billing details, and compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies.
You must not interfere with any advertising implementation placed on your site, attempt to manipulate clicks or impressions, or use traffic generation methods that could create invalid activity.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate services at any time where we reasonably believe there is abuse, non-payment, unlawful activity, security risk, repeated policy violations, service instability, or risk to our systems, partners, or other customers.
Termination or suspension of ad-credit participation does not eliminate any unpaid hosting balances, fees already due, or obligations that survive termination.
7. Backups, uptime, and support
Unless a product page expressly says otherwise, you remain responsible for maintaining your own current backups. Any backups, snapshots, or restoration features we provide are offered as a convenience and may be limited by retention windows, storage limits, or technical issues.
We aim to provide reliable hosting and support, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect uptime, or availability free from maintenance, third-party outages, attacks, or force majeure events.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SuperFreebies will not be liable for lost profits, lost data, lost revenue, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from or related to the services.
Our total liability for a claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount paid by you to us for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in products, systems, legal requirements, or business practices. Updated terms become effective when posted on this website unless a different effective date is stated.
Continuing to use the website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
