1. General standard
You may use SuperFreebies services only for lawful, authorized, and responsible purposes. Use of hosting, VPS resources, form submissions, or any connected systems in a way that threatens service stability, platform integrity, legal compliance, or other users is prohibited.
This policy applies to websites, files, scripts, traffic sources, email behavior, account actions, and any third-party tools connected to your use of the services.
2. Prohibited content and activity
You may not use the services for unlawful content, fraud, phishing, malware, unauthorized access attempts, spam operations, deceptive redirects, credential harvesting, copyright infringement, abuse of intellectual property rights, or content that promotes violence or illegal conduct.
You may not host or distribute malicious code, botnet tooling, exploit kits, pirated software, or content primarily designed to evade moderation, tracking, or legal obligations.
3. Invalid traffic and ad abuse
Because SuperFreebies may apply ad-generated value to hosting balances, any attempt to manipulate impressions, clicks, traffic origin, session behavior, or advertiser reporting is strictly prohibited.
Examples include purchased junk traffic, click rings, automated browsing, misleading page layouts designed to create accidental clicks, self-clicking, incentivized clicks, or directing users to interact with ads.
4. Resource usage
Customers must use disk, CPU, memory, bandwidth, and related service resources in a way consistent with normal website operation and the selected plan. Activities that degrade shared performance, overwhelm systems, or create unreasonable operational burden may be limited, suspended, or moved to a different product tier.
We may impose technical limits, temporary restrictions, or upgrade requirements where usage patterns exceed what is reasonable for the service purchased.
5. Email, messaging, and abuse reports
You may not use the services to send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, mail bombing, misleading headers, or unauthorized commercial messaging. You must comply with unsubscribe requirements, consent requirements, and applicable anti-spam laws.
We may investigate complaints, respond to abuse reports, and take action without prior notice where necessary to protect networks, users, infrastructure, or partners.
6. Enforcement
Violations may result in warning, content removal, traffic review, ad-credit denial, suspension, immediate termination, data preservation for investigation, or other action we consider appropriate under the circumstances.
We reserve the right to interpret this policy reasonably and update it as services, threats, legal requirements, and advertising conditions change.
